About
Anna Wong, MScPT, MAPP
Anna is a physiotherapist and educator specializing in positive psychology and well-being science. She founded Clinician Wellness Hub, an educational consultancy offering training in psychosocial skills, behavior change science, and strengths-based approaches for healthcare. After earning a BSc from Queen’s University and an MSc in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto in 2016, Anna gained over eight years of clinical experience in both private and public healthcare as a physiotherapist. She pursued further training in motivational interviewing and is a certified health and wellness coach.
Her passion for healthcare professional well-being, burnout prevention, and focusing on strengths rather than deficits led her to the University of Pennsylvania in 2023. There, she completed graduate studies in the science of well-being, and earned a Master’s degree in Applied Positive Psychology, studying under experts like Martin Seligman and Angela Duckworth. During this time, she developed a workshop series, Using a Strengths-Based Approach in Physiotherapy, to address the gap for formal psychosocial skills training in the field of physiotherapy.
